Raize - Instituicao de Pagamentos, S.A. (MLRZE.LS), the Portuguese fintech payment institution supervised by Banco de Portugal, announced on 18 February 2026 a capital increase operation.
According to the regulatory filing ("Comunicado - Aumento de capital social"), the company published details of the proposed capital increase, which was subsequently submitted for shareholder approval at an extraordinary general assembly convened for 27 March 2026.
The AGM agenda included the approval of the capital increase among other corporate matters. The general assembly deliberations were published via a separate communication ("Comunicado - Deliberacoes AG 23 marco 2026").
Raize operates a collaborative financing platform for Portuguese SMEs and is listed on Euronext Access Lisbon. The company's annual accounts for FY2025 were due for publication by 31 March 2026, with the FY2024 annual results having been published on 17 March 2025.
