Flexdeal Simfe S.A. (FLEXD.LS), Portugal's first SIMFE (Sociedade de Investimento Mobiliario para o Fomento da Economia), published its integrated annual report for the fiscal year 2023/2024 on 30 April 2025.
The report was followed by the company's annual general meeting held on 23 May 2025, at which shareholders approved the accounts and a dividend distribution. The dividend for FY2023/2024 was paid on 28 May 2025.
Flexdeal also published its ESG report on 23 May 2025, alongside the AGM. The company subsequently released its H1 2025 interim report on 29 September 2025.
As a SIMFE, Flexdeal invests in securities of small and medium-sized enterprises, with the objective of fostering the Portuguese economy. The company is listed on Euronext Access Lisbon and is headquartered in Barcelos, Portugal.
