Conduril - Engenharia, S.A. (CDU.LS), the Portuguese civil engineering company founded in 1959, held its annual general assembly on 25 February 2026 to review and approve the accounts for the fiscal year 2025.
The company, headquartered in Ermesinde, operates in Portugal and across several African markets. Conduril's previous dividend payment for FY2023 was made on 24 April 2024.
According to reporting by ECO, Conduril returned to profitability in 2025 with net profits of 6.1 million euros, after having recorded losses of 28.4 million euros in 2024. The company reported turnover of 176.3 million euros in 2025, a 42% increase compared to 123.9 million euros in 2024.
